Boutique Clothing & Accessories
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tanning lotions
- Skincare and beauty products
- Cosmetics
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Clearance or sale merchandise
Exchanges
We gladly exchange eligible items for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
